TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Rates are quoted in South Africa Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 14% VAT
• Payment by means of direct transfers into our bank account
• A 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings
• Full payment is required 45 days prior to arrival. (For tour packages including travel to Botswana payment is required 60 days prior to arrival)
• Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival 20% cancellation fee
• Cancellations 29 – 7 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fees
• Cape Diversity Tours does it’s best to ensure that all accommodation, restaurants, attractions and activities are available as planned. However should this not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to accommodate our clients in alternative establishments of similar standard.
• Cape Diversity Tours advises all its clients to take out comprehensive travel insurance with their Travel Agent prior to their departure.
• Cape Diversity Tours CC and their staff and appointed agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his or her possessions including luggage, wherever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Cape Diversity Tours CC, their staff or appointed agent or other persons directly or indirectly in the employment or service of the Company or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever.
