The early morning is potentially the best time to view game in Africa, so you may need to get up pretty early this morning as you embark on a game drive into the Pilanesberg Game reserve. Breakfast is served back at the Lodge on your return. The rest of the morning is free to relax around the swimming pool or just sit on the terrace observing the birds and game, which may roam near to the fence. Meet for lunch at about 13h00 and then after a nice siesta depart on a late afternoon Game Drive into the Park.. After the drive, you will enjoy your meal under African stars around a large, welcome camp fire.

After breakfast the group will be transferred from Ivory Tree Lodge to the famous Sun City. This will be followed by an orientation of Sun City and lunch on the Sun Terrace at the Sun City Hotel. Here you can enjoy a variety of entertainment, and of course, try your hand at the Casino after dinner. Surrounding the hotel is a 25-hectare botanical jungle. The jungle is threaded with meandering paths, cascades, lakes and pools and a variety of water-borne adventure rides. Enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure to explore the complex, try your luck in one of the casinos or simply relax around the pool. Enjoy dinner in the Peninsula Restaurant.
DAY 8 – SUN CITY
Part of this day is set aside for incentive tour activities which the group may wish to do. We can use a small conference venue with audio-visual equipment, for meetings, etc. Perhaps part of the afternoon can be used for relaxation or for another incentive activity.
DAY 9 – SUN CITY TO AIRPORT
After a leisurely breakfast we depart for Johannesburg. En route we visit the Lesedi Cultural Village to view the traditional homesteads of four African tribes – the Zulu, Xhosa, Pedi, and Basotho tribes. The tribes will entertain the group with their cultural dances and serve a typical “African” lunch at the Nyama Choma restaurant with delicacies from around the country.
